Suddenly the Eagles are Soaring
I spend a lot of time using Logiscape’s Traffic Era. I guess it is because of the team environment. What really makes a good team is not the desire to be winners all of the time, but the way in which we are relating to each other, as well as a little bit of a competitive spirit.
The new composition of the 007Soaring4Traffic team has meant that I have a lot of fun whilst surfing. There are times when I am just killing myself with laughter over the antics in the chat. Perhaps it might be true to say that I am an instigator of these antics yet everyone joins in and we do have fun. What is even better is that the team now works as a team and suddenly we have been soaring. We are winning the jackpot and in the last few weeks we have had several first prizes as well as a few 2nd and 3rd… which is not bad when the whole team cannot be present to surf at the one time.
The one thing that has to be remembered about this team environment is that it is an opportunity to work with others. It is also an opportunity to learn how to set goals and to actually achieve those goals. We do not seek to win for the sake of winning, but to achieve our goal. When we declare we are in the hunt, let’s go for it, then the team comes together and then the eagles are soaring and the talons dig into our competitors – with a little help from some graphics.
The name of the game will always to be “have fun” whilst surfing, and it has been fun since we enlisted new members to the team. Is it a riot? Yes, you can bet on it….
What’s New in Traffic Exchanges
Almost every day there is a new traffic exchange. Some of these exchanges, such as Traffic Era have already been proven a success. Today we saw the opening of yet another new exchange, Clicksagogo, which has been opened by two people who are already well known in the TE World. The script itself is similar to a number of other new exchanges that have been around for a few months, such as that of Surf Krynaware, which has the additional option of auto and manual surf. Since I have only just joined Clicksagogo, I think that it is too early to give comments one way or the other. What I can say is that I like the script.
Now, Surf Krynaware deserves a special mention because this particular exchange is slightly different from the rest. You can earn money whilst surfing, but there are no payouts through Paypal or otherwise. Instead you get to spend the money inside of the TE itself. On top of that the exchange also offers the free member an option to purchase for $5 a 60 day upgrade. At the present time it is offering $0.05 per 10 pages surfed. Now this is an incentive to go and surf, to earn the money for the next upgrade, or to use it to promote one’s banners or pay to click advertising. I think that this is a very good deal and it will serve to keep the cheats out of this particular exchange. However, what I am really enjoying about this exchange is that I am winning surfing competitions without really trying. For this month I picked up credits for both auto and manual surfing, as well as for the number of times my referral page has been shown on other TEs, and this is where I picked up $1.50 which is enough for me to be able to get my next 2 month upgrade.
Another new TE that deserves a mention (although I have not really done enough to give too much praise or to pan it) is Nubian Surfer. This exchange has been set up with the Black Community in mind. I have started to surf this exchange and I do think that the owner of this TE deserves a lot of praise for the content of his lessons on how to use an exchange. The instructions are very precise and clear, and in my opinion what he has written so far has been very well done.
Since surfing competitions are nearly everywhere I will hold over this subject for another post. Needless to say that when I want to be competitive I can win the competitions. At the end of February I took first place in 5 exchanges whilst surfing Traffic Era at the same time. I am hoping that I have won an upgrade from Monte Carlo Surf for surfing in the month of March. This particular TE is owned by Gabor Szabo.
